One of the biggest challenges I faced when I first started my journey towards a healthier lifestyle was that the food plans I found online were extremely repetitive and quite boring. Oh this is the perfect recipe plan! I took a week to read through the book and plan out for my next grocery run before getting started but once I did, it was so easy to keep going! Every single day is laid out perfectly, including snacks (which are important). The recipes are all pretty quick, with the exception of slow cooker meals, and I was even able to increase the portions for guests one night. My best recipe so far are the fish tacos! I could eat them every day!
Thanks for this book, guys. I normally hate cooking. I never know if a recipe I try is going to work out, and I don't know much about picking spices or anything. This book makes it really easy to get started, and you feel great about starting to really eat better ingredients too.
